RS 33:4770.16 - Intent of powers Nothing contained in this Subpart is or shall be construed as a restriction or a limitation upon any other powers had and possessed by the city or any of its departments. This Subpart is cumulative and in addition to any such powers. This Subpart does and shall be construed to provide a complete and additional method for the performance of things authorized hereby and shall be regarded as supplemental and additional to powers conferred by other laws, including those for nuisance abatement as set forth in Part I of Chapter 32 of Title 13 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950.
