RS 33:4780.26 - Enforcement Unless amended or cancelled pursuant to R.S. 33:4780.30 or modified or suspended pursuant to R.S. 33:4780.31 or 4780.25(B), a development agreement shall be enforceable by any party thereto notwithstanding any change in any applicable general or specific plan, zoning subdivision, or building regulation adopted by the municipality or parish entering the agreement which alters or amends the rules, regulations, or policies specified in R.S. 33:4780.27.
