RS 33:4780.91 - Applicability The provisions of this Subpart are intended to authorize the governing authority of the parish of Rapides to provide zoning regulations and restrictions in the district. The governing authority shall have no additional authority to provide zoning regulations or restrictions in any other area of the parish. Acts 2012, No. 422, §1, eff. May 31, 2012.
