RS 33:4786 - Hearing; requirement of majority vote for suspension or revocation Before any permit is suspended or revoked the holder thereof shall be entitled to a hearing as hereinafter provided, and no permit shall be revoked unless such a hearing has been held and a majority of the governing body of the municipality or parish, or a municipal alcoholic beverage control board thereafter votes for such suspension or revocation.
