RS 33:4812 - Notice of ordinance ordering removal of remains Notice of the adoption of the ordinance shall be published once a week for five weeks in the official journal of the parish, calling upon all parties interested to remove the remains from the area within forty days after the first publication, or within such longer time as the ordinance may provide.
