RS 33:7556 - Advice and services of office of engineering, Department of Wildlife and Fisheries, and office of environmental affairs The district and the board of commissioners therefor shall have, with respect to all of the powers and functions prescribed by this Chapter, the advice and the services of the office of engineering of the Department of Transportation and Development, the Department of Wildlife and Fisheries, and the office of environmental affairs. It shall be the duty of the department and offices to make such reports, inspections, and investigations, render such reports, estimates, and recommendations and furnish such plans and specifications as the board of commissioners for the district may request.
