RS 33:7558 - Right of entry; assistance The board of commissioners or its authorized agents may enter at all reasonable times in or upon any private or public property for the purpose of inspecting and investigating conditions relating to the regulation of the use of lands within the district. The board may call upon any officer, board, department, school, university, or other state institutions, and the officers and employees thereof, and require the furnishing of any assistance deemed necessary to the carrying out of this Chapter.
