RS 33:9060 - Applicability A. The provisions of this Chapter shall not apply to any ambulance service district created by a parish prior to the effective date of this Act. B. The provisions of this Chapter shall not apply to any parish authorized to create ambulance service districts by R.S. 33:1246 through R.S. 33:1261.7. Acts 1985, No. 121, §1, eff. June 29, 1985.
