RS 33:9107 - Caddo Parish Communications District Number One Caddo Parish Communications District Number One may purchase, by public bid or without the necessity of public bid, any immovable property, with or without improvements, necessary to effectuate the purposes of this Chapter. Said communications district may also accept donations of any property of any kind to effectuate the purpose of this Chapter. The provisions of this Section shall be retroactive to August 30, 1983.
