RS 33:9355 - Federal and state aid Any veterans' memorial district created pursuant to the provisions of this Chapter shall have full power to do such things and enter into such contracts and agreements with the United States of America or with any state or federal agency or instrumentality as may be necessary to procure aids and grants to assist such district in carrying out the purposes for which it was created.
