RS 34:1044 - Appointment of pilots Pilots provided for in R.S. 34:1043 shall be appointed by the governor from those pilots who have been recommended to the governor pursuant to the provisions outlined in the board of examiners' rules and regulations. Acts 2015, No. 18, §1, eff. May 26, 2015.
