RS 34:1071 - Definitions As used in this Part, the following terms shall have the meaning ascribed to them in this Section, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: (1) 'Board of commissioners' or 'board of examiners' means the Board of River Port Pilot Commissioners and Examiners, established in R.S. 34:1072. (2) 'Pilot' means a River Port Pilot as designated in R.S. 34:1073.
