RS 34:1363 - Revenue and mortgage revenue bonds For the purpose of acquiring lands for the uses of the said district and to provide funds for the making and construction of the public works, facilities and improvements outlined in this Chapter, the Plaquemines Port, Harbor and Terminal District is authorized to issue revenue bonds in the manner and subject to the terms and conditions of Subpart C, Part I, Chapter 10, Title 33, as well as mortgage revenue bonds in the manner and subject to the terms and conditions of Subpart B, Part I, Chapter 10, Title 33.
