RS 34:1863 - Limits of the district A. The commission shall exercise the powers herein conferred upon it, within the port area, consisting of the entire town of Vidalia as the boundaries and limits of said town are presently or hereafter fixed by law and extending southward of said municipal limits to the northern boundary of the Forrest-Moreau Plantation and all the land fronting the Mississippi River to a depth of five hundred feet from low water's edge.
