RS 34:205 - Examinations and investigations; control and regulation; annual reports The board shall examine and investigate all questions relating to the interest and welfare of the district; it shall control and regulate the same, and make an annual report to the governor showing all receipts and disbursements of the board; the number of arrivals and departures of vessels and their tonnage; the exports and imports passing through the port district; setting forth the general condition of the district and its buildings, structures, facilities and other properties; and making such recommendations for the development and welfare of the district and its management as may seem advisable. A copy of this report shall be promptly published in a newspaper printed in the City of Lake Charles.
