RS 34:2255 - Port or navigation districts not affected This Chapter is not intended to, and shall not amend or repeal any law creating any port or navigation district or authority now in effect nor shall it divest any such district or authority of any of their rights, authorities or functions within the area here affected, nor shall it prevent the future creation of such port authorities or navigation districts in the area here affected.
