RS 34:2315 - Pledge of state The State of Louisiana hereby pledges to and agrees with the holders of bonds issued by the commission under the provisions of this Chapter, that it will not limit or impair the rights hereby vested in the commission until all such bonds at any time issued, together with the interest thereon, are fully paid and discharged.
