RS 34:2401 - Creation of district The Madison Parish Port, Harbor and Terminal District, hereinafter referred to as 'the district,' is hereby created as a political subdivision of the state, with full corporate powers. The territorial limits and territorial jurisdiction of said district shall be the entire parish of Madison as the boundaries and limits of said parish are presently fixed by law.
