RS 34:30 - Transitional R.S. 34:29 shall be construed as a continuation of and as a substitute for the provisions of Article VI, Sections 16, 16.5, and 16.6 of the Louisiana Constitution of 1921 and not as new enactments, and shall be amended or repealed only in accordance with Article VI, Section 43 of the Louisiana Constitution of 1974.
