RS 34:3221 - Creation of district and territorial limits thereof The Mermentau River Harbor and Terminal District, hereinafter referred to as the district, is hereby created as a political subdivision of the state of Louisiana, and its territorial limits shall extend to the limits of Ward 5 of Acadia Parish.
