RS 34:3225 - Examinations and investigations; control and regulation; annual reports The board shall examine and investigate all questions relating to the interest and welfare of the district; it shall control and regulate the same and make an annual report to the mayors and aldermen of the villages of Mermentau, Morse, and Estherwood and to the police jury of Acadia Parish, showing all receipts and disbursements of the board; setting forth the general condition of the district and its buildings, structures, facilities and other properties; and making such recommendations for the development and welfare of the district and its management as may seem advisable. A copy of this report shall be promptly published in a newspaper printed in the parish of Acadia. Added by Acts 1976, No. 196, §1.
