RS 34:3310 - Vesting of title Title to the property and the property rights specified in the petition shall vest in the department upon final court order declaring that the property described in the petition has been taken for the AGMAC deepening purposes, and the right to just and adequate compensation therefor shall vest in the persons entitled thereto. Upon vesting of title, the department may enter upon and take possession of the property. Acts 2004, No. 728, §1, eff. July 6, 2004.
