RS 34:340.15 - Employment of personnel or contractors The port or terminal may employ personnel or contractors in accordance with law to implement the provisions of this Subpart. The cost of the personnel or contractors shall be paid for by the fees authorized by this Subpart. The port or terminal shall keep records in accordance with law of the fees collected and amounts expended to implement the provisions of this Subpart. Acts 1997, No. 554, §1, eff. July 3, 1997.
