RS 34:3457.1 - Reimbursement for project construction A sponsoring port authority may make application under the provisions of this Chapter to utilize its own funds for project construction and to be reimbursed by the Port Construction and Development Priority Program provided that all program criteria are met in accordance with the provisions of this Chapter, the project is listed in the recommended construction program, and all program criteria are met in accordance with the program's 'Procedural Manual for Funded Projects' and the rules and regulations promulgated by the department to implement the provisions of this Chapter.
