RS 34:405 - Bond of secretary of board The secretary of each board of commissioners shall give bond, with a surety company authorized to transact business in Louisiana as surety, conditioned for the faithful performance of his duties and accounting for all funds of the district, in a sum to be fixed by the board, the premium on such bond to be paid out of the funds of the district.
