RS 34:442 - Domicile The domicile of the district shall be fixed by the board of commissioners provided for in R.S. 34:444 and may be changed at the pleasure of the board; the domicile shall be within the district, where the secretary shall reside and at which domicile shall be kept all the books and records of the district.
