RS 34:801 - Definitions When used in this Sub-part, the following terms shall have the meaning ascribed to them in this Section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: (1) 'Vessel' means and includes any steamship, steamboat, tug, towboat, barge, water craft, ship or vessel of any kind or description, whether foreign or domestic. (2) 'Person', 'party' or 'individual' includes natural persons, firms and corporations.
