RS 34:813 - Rules of procedure; time for appeal In any proceeding hereunder, the court shall follow the rules of procedure prescribed for the trial of civil suits at law to the extent that they are not inconsistent with any provision hereof, and all appeals taken from any judgment rendered shall be taken in the time and in the method provided for appeals in civil suits at law for money demands.
