RS 34:851.3 - Application and justification The provisions of this Part shall be applicable to all watercraft operating on all of the waterways of this state. The provisions of this Part shall be construed to supplement federal laws and regulations when not expressly inconsistent therewith on all waterways where such federal laws and regulations are applicable.
