RS 34:852.17 - Certificate of origin; evidence of ownership; rebuttal Issuance of a certificate of origin under provision of the law shall be prima facie evidence of ownership of a vessel or outboard motor and entitlement of the owner to a certificate of title, but such certificate of origin and certificate of title shall be subject to rebuttal.
