RS 34:958 - Refusal of pilot to act when called; penalty Any bar pilot who, when practicable, refuses or neglects to go on board of any ship or vessel when called by signal or otherwise; shall be suspended from his duties as a pilot for the term of one year, and shall, moreover, be liable to be fined in the sum of three hundred dollars, and in default of payment thereof, shall be imprisoned for the term of three months.
