RS 35:604 - Applicability to licensed attorneys Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, the authority of the Louisiana Supreme Court to regulate the practice of law shall supersede the provisions of this Chapter with respect to the enforcement of its provisions against an attorney licensed to practice law in this state.
