RS 35:8 - Recorder's copies of instruments before military officers; effect Whenever any original instrument executed pursuant to R.S. 35:7, has been deposited in the office of a parish recorder of this state, the recorder is authorized to make copies of the same which shall have the same force and effect of authentic acts executed in this state.
