RS 36:511 - Contract and purchasing laws applicable to agencies within the department Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, including any provision of Chapter 11 of Title 38 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, the Sabine River Authority and the Poverty Point Reservoir District as provided in R.S. 38:3087.1 et seq. shall be subject to the provisions of Part II of Chapter 10 of Title 38 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950 as these provisions are applicable to the department.
