RS 36:685 - Implementation of reorganization of Department of Insurance For purposes of this Chapter, references in Chapters 22 and 24 of this Title to the 'secretary' shall refer to the commissioner of insurance, references to the 'undersecretary' shall refer to the deputy commissioner for management and finance, references to an 'assistant secretary' shall refer to the administrative head of an office or division.
