RS 36:690 - Division of public affairs; functions There is hereby created a division of public affairs in the Department of Insurance. Such division shall be under the direction of the deputy commissioner for public affairs. The duties and functions of the division of public affairs and the deputy commissioner for the division of public affairs shall be as provided in this Title and as assigned by the commissioner.
