RS 36:693 - Office of financial solvency; functions There is hereby created an office of financial solvency in the department of insurance. Such office shall be under the direction of the deputy commissioner for financial solvency. The duties and functions of the office of financial solvency and the deputy commissioner for the office of financial solvency shall be as provided in this Title and as assigned by the commissioner.
