RS 36:695 - Actuary In addition to any function, duty, obligation, or responsibility of the Department of Insurance or of any other entity made a part thereof, the Department of Insurance shall employ a full-time actuary whose duties shall include review and analysis of legislation pending before the legislature during each legislative session and making such review and analysis available to the appropriate standing committees of the legislature and to the legislative fiscal officer.
