RS 36:923 - References in laws and documents Wherever any agency abolished, whose powers, duties, functions, and responsibilities are transferred as provided in this Part, is referred to or designated by the constitution or by any law or contract or other document, after the effective date of the abolition of such agency such reference or designation shall be deemed to apply to the department to which the transfer is made and/or its secretary.
