RS 36:926 - Transfer of property All books, papers, records, money, actions, and other property of every kind, movable and immovable, real and personal, heretofore possessed, controlled, or used by each agency abolished whose powers, duties, functions, and responsibilities are transferred in accordance with this Part are hereby transferred to the department to which such powers, duties, functions, and responsibilities are transferred.
