RS 36:934 - Recommendations The committee shall complete its study and determine its recommendations to the legislature no later than January 15, 1999, and shall submit to each member of the legislature and to the governor, no later than March 1, 1999, the complete results of its study, the report of its findings and its recommendations based thereon, together with a draft of such legislation as shall be necessary to accomplish its recommendations.
