RS 37:1001 - Contracts for nurses' education programs and for education of other technical personnel The hospitals supported by the State of Louisiana are authorized to enter into contracts or agreements with colleges, with universities and with other training agencies supported by public funds, in the State of Louisiana in the establishment and maintenance of nurses' education programs and the education of other technical personnel which may be authorized by law and for which funds have been made available for such purposes.
