RS 37:1014 - Establishment of program The committee shall administer a program which shall provide a stipend to qualified faculty for the purpose of acquiring a master's or doctoral degree in the field of nursing or a doctoral degree in a related field. The committee shall meet quarterly or as required at a site it determines in order to review applications of academic personnel for stipends. The committee members shall serve without compensation.
