RS 37:1109 - Reciprocity Upon application accompanied by fee and without written or oral examination, the board may issue a license to any person who furnishes upon a form and in such manner as the board prescribes, evidence satisfactory to the board that he is licensed, certified, or registered as a professional counselor by another state, territorial possession of the United States, District of Columbia, or Commonwealth of Puerto Rico if the requirements for such licensure, certification, or registration are substantially equivalent to those of this Chapter.
