RS 37:1177 - Terms A. Except as provided in R.S. 37:1175, pharmacist members of the board shall be appointed for a term of six years, beginning on July first of the year in which the appointment is made. B. The terms of the pharmacist members of the board shall be staggered, so that the terms of no more than six pharmacist members shall expire in any year. Each member shall serve until a successor is appointed and qualified. C. The at-large consumer representative shall serve at the pleasure of the governor.
