RS 37:1309 - Rules and regulations A. The Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiners shall adopt rules and regulations that provide that violation of this Section or any rule adopted to promulgate this Section shall constitute grounds for suspension of the physician's license. B. The department shall adopt rules and regulations that provide that violation of this Section or any rule adopted to enforce this Section shall constitute grounds for suspension or revocation of the healthcare facility's license or other permit to operate. Further, the department shall publish 'primary service area' descriptions in the Louisiana Register by September 1, 2006, and provide annual updates thereafter. Acts 2006, No. 819, §1.
