RS 37:1328 - Injunction A. In addition to the actions and penalties otherwise provided for by this Part, the board, upon the recommendation of the committee, may petition a court of competent jurisdiction to issue an injunction, with bond, enjoining any individual from violating or continuing to violate any provision of this Part. B. In the suit for an injunction, the board, upon the recommendation of the committee, may demand that the defendant pay reasonable attorney's fees and the costs of court. The judgment for attorney's fees and court costs may be rendered in the same judgment in which the injunction is made permanent. Acts 1993, No. 396, §2, eff. Aug. 1, 1993.
