RS 37:1375 - Applicability of Chapter This Chapter shall apply to: A. All cities, towns, villages, communities and public sewerage and/or water districts in the State of Louisiana. B. All areas within one mile of the boundary of any city or sewer or water districts, referred to above; and all areas within one mile of the community, sewerage or water facilities of the areas referred to above. C. Nothing herein contained shall be construed to apply to any employee of any municipal department or gas, sewer, and/or water district system.
