RS 37:1444 - Broker, place of business; branch office license The business address registered by a broker with the commission shall be considered as the place of business from which the broker will conduct real estate activities requiring licensing in Louisiana. If a broker conducts business from more than one place of business, a branch office license shall be required for each place of business maintained by the broker.
