RS 37:1487 - Penalties Whoever willfully violates any of the provisions of this Chapter or any rule or regulation adopted pursuant to this Chapter may be fined not more than one thousand dollars, or imprisoned for not more than six months, or both. Acts 1999, No. 61, §2.
